At Nelkart, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • The item is not listed as non-returnable (see Section 5 below).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as final sale or purchased with a clearance discount.

  • Personal care or hygiene products, once opened.

  • Any item that is not in its original, resalable condition due to customer use.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it must instead follow the return process above.
